Military Training

Jeff will be leaving for some Military training August 1 and will be back December 17th. We are really excited that he will be home for most of the summer to finish up a few last projects and spend time with us as a family but sad that he will be missing the First Thanksgiving in Chris and Marcie's new home. At least he will be home before christmas.
We have just been trying to enjoy everyday we have left.

Disneyland

Brayden Climbing the O of California. He would climb anything he could and we just kept telling him your high enough. He climbed this all by himself.

Here we all are on the day that we won Fastpasses. We spent most of this day going on all the rides that had fastpasses. We would show them our pass and get to the front of the lines it was great!

Sadie Jo and me having a great time together. She was happy like this most of the days and evenings and just wanted to run or be held by Jeffrey or my Dad. The only time she was not happy was when we got pictures taken with the Characters then she got scared. Maybe next time she will be better.

Here is a picture of Jeffrey, Brayden, my sister Kelly, and me on the Tower of Terror. As you can tell my sister really didn't enjoy it but Brayden oh that's a different story. He loved it so much as soon as the doors open he yelled "lets go again" and we did. We were all surprised that he would love it as much as he did. It was so great to watch! He will be my little rides buddy.

Here we are on our first day at Disneyland. this is right inside the front gates and at night there is a Tinker Bell that makes the garden glow it is really cute. At this point the kids didn't know how much fun they were going to have the next few days.

It was so great to have so many family members at Jeffreys commisioning at the begining of the month. It's so nice to know we are loved

May

Life has been pretty busy in the Belton home this month with Jeffrey's Graduation and commissioning as an Officer into the Army, Sadie's Kidney infections and testing, and our amazing trip to Disneyland & Sea World. I feel like it has just been a world wind of a month.

I am so Proud of Jeffrey for Graduating from school with a degree in Automotive Technology and what an awesome experience to see him become an officer in the Army! I could not have been any more proud of him as I was up watching him take his Army oath to his Father, pinning on his Officer Bars with Brayden at my side or watching him give his 1st Salute as an officer. All of Jeffrey's family went in on a gift for him that he loves and treasures. It was a sword to go with his Military uniform.

Salt Lake City Marathon

Jeffrey and his brother Ryan rode in the Salt Lake City Marathon yesterday and had a great time riding and talking. It started a 6:00 am at the University of Utah and winded 25 miles through out the city and ended at the Gateway. They finished around 7:30 They would have ended sooner but they stopped a couple of times to do their good deeds for the day. They stopped to help a gentleman that had a flat tire and again on the last stretch when a rider went down and they believe broke his shoulder. Jeff was a little irritated at the beginning because he forgot his new biking shoes so he had to ride in his tennis shoes. It was great to see them cross the finish line together, I almost missed it all and some great photos but with the help of Jeff yelling "Lense Cap" and our great new fast camera I didn't. We all had a great laugh and I believe are still laughing hopefully I won't forget in Disneyland.

Easter Sunday

Sadie was so excited for this Tinkerbell Backpack. She wore it most of the day with such pride. She also would not let go of the Minnie Mouse Grandpa Armstrong picked up for her basket this year,

Here is a picture of the kids Easter baskets that have a Disney Theme. In May when Jeff Graduates from Weber we are taking the kids to Disneyland for 5 nights so everything revolved aroung things they could take and use on our trip.
